AuroraForge NT100 Beta 4

One free modding workspace for the whole WWE PC pipeline: inspect and rebuild archives, convert WWE 2K19 motion into new 2K20 / 2K22 / 2K23 / 2K24 / 2K25 / 2K26 entries, convert textures, prepare the loader, and build technically exact prompts for the creative tools you choose. Internal build: v2.1.

Animation conversion remains a controlled beta. Test replacement output in game and keep a rollback before treating a candidate as proven.

AuroraForge NT100 is a free, all-in-one WWE PC modding toolkit. It covers the parts of the workflow that used to be scattered across separate paid programs: CAK extraction, browsing, rebuilding, and baking across WWE 2K20 through 2K26 (plus 2K19 PAC support); converting WWE 2K19 entrance and victory motion into brand-new 2K20 / 2K22 / 2K23 / 2K24 / 2K25 / 2K26 entries with a loader-ready CAK; DDS texture conversion with original-format matching; loader setup, backup, and rollback; and prompt builders that turn your creative choices into precise instructions for the AI or image tool you choose. No feature gates, no crippled exports, no artificial limits.

Support model: AuroraForge NT100 2.1 is free. Optional Patreon subscriptions fund development at patreon.com/c/dgranletmwo. Major releases are free; patch updates and fixes after a major release are Patreon-only until the next major release.

This project is a direct response to anti-consumer modding software. People have poured years of subscription money into tools that then punish them for a single missed payment: features that were already downloaded get deliberately locked, multi-file extraction gets cut down to one file at a time, and years of continuous support suddenly mean nothing. When I saw that happen during active testing of an original extraction tool, the answer became obvious: build the free alternative and automate the entire pipeline so those gates stop mattering.

Every format I map, every offset I solve, and every workflow I automate is one less gate anyone can use to squeeze the community. The goal is a full toolkit that is free, complete, and stays complete.

Automate the full asset pipelinePC first, console where the platform allows it: extraction, conversion, packaging, and in-game validation.
True parallel extractionMulti-file extraction with zero feature gates, permanently.
Finish the converterIn-game alignment, facial conversion, and creator acceptance for the new entries.
Free full toolkitEvery completed major update and new major version released free to the wider community.
Public source nowMain app, tools, loaders, and one-off utilities have public source archives. Some extraction and encryption research remains private while it is reviewed.
One app, no shuffleLoader, CAK, textures, motion, music, logs, setup, and release tracking under a single roof.

Welcome to the Forge. I have been modding since the early PC wrestling days - my roots are the original MDickie modding scene, where I wrote the first PC wrestling game mod for an MDickie title. I code across just about every stack imaginable, from low-level Assembly to high-level automation pipelines. If a computer speaks it, I have built with it.

My philosophy: tear down the barriers to asset extraction. I do not believe in paywalling downloaded software, cutting off features, or exploiting creators. Every time I automate a tool or crack a new file format, it is one less gate anyone can use to squeeze the community.

Active projects: automating the complete PC and console wrestling game asset pipelines, and multi-file parallel extraction tools with zero feature gates. Outside the dev environment my time goes into wrestling, MMA, and deep strategy gaming.

One note: I am pretty chill, but if I come across as blunt or quiet during active dev hours, that is just deep focus in the structural math - it is not personal. I am taking the scene back. Let's build.

Entry StudioRuns inside the app: create a Create-an-Entrance entry, convert a 2K19 motion, edit its fields, bake a loader-ready CAK, and stage it.
Animation converterLibrary and single-entry conversion of 2K19 motion into new 2K20 / 2K22 / 2K23 / 2K24 / 2K25 / 2K26 entries using your own game files.
